Career education and guidance plays an important role in helping students to explore their educational and occupational choices. At AVMS, students are provided regular counselling sessions to become productive and well- adjusted adults of tomorrow.

- From time to time, seminars and workshops are organized to help students pick the career of their choice, keeping in view their employment /entrepreneurship avenues.
- Counsellor helps/assists students and motivates them to decide their future undertakings after assessing their interests, strengths, challenges and their logical aspirations.
- Apart individual Career Counselling, seminars and workshops on life skills are also organized for teachers, students and parents.
